Applications:
CUBD-NM01 is recommended to CPU elastomers and elastic coatings, especially for various polyurethane wheels, rubber rollers, heels and soles, etc.
Features & Advantages:
● CUBD-NM01 can reduce both inside and surface friction coefficient obviously because of self-lubrication and appropriate compatibility with macromolecule polymer, which is useful to reduce abrasion loss.
● The transmittance and transparency of materials will be influenced slightly of using CUBD-NM01. Please test before using in case of high transparency requirement.
User’s Guide:
? CUBD-NM01 can be added into both isocyanates and polyols component, normally suggesting to be added into polyols component and stirring well.
? Levels of 0.5-2% as supplied by weight on total volume can reduce 20-60% of abrasion loss comparing to blank test.
Handling & Storage:
Exposure to atmosphere should be avoided. Product should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from sunlight and excessive heat.

Shelf Life: Unopened shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
